HUSTLERS & WRESTLERS
Scenes from a city on the brink of collapse, where men stalk the streets and underpasses in camouflage bodysuits. They stand and wander in deserted forests, and overgrown ruins. Anonymised muscular figures that grapple with their own fantasies, identities and physicality, searching for a primal experience that is likely to remain elusive in the pre-apocalyptic hypermesh of our present times.
An ongoing series of digital graphics, made using hand rendered marks and photographed textures combined in Photoshop, rich with texture, fierce colour and evocative imagery that document daily life and ritual in the brutalist hyperjungle.
